广东豉油鸡的制作方法

1、材料:鸡1只,姜3片,葱2根(切成段,尾不要),芝麻油1茶匙,豉油鸡汁1杯半,清水1杯半。

2、将所有配料倒入锅中,用小火煮开,让鸡浸入汁水,用慢火煮开,20分钟后关火,让鸡肉浸泡30分钟,然后在小火煮10分钟,再浸泡30分钟即可。在吃前,也可稍微再加热,也可直接切件上盘。
