1、肥牛卷放生抽腌一下,金针菇切掉尾部,胡萝卜切丁,西兰花洗净,全部焯水,注意:金针菇半熟就好。萝卜丁和西兰花加少许香油拌匀备用。

2、炒锅内加少许橄榄油,放入洋葱炒香,加入肥牛卷抄至变色,再加入金针菇,炒熟即可。

3、生菜洗净摆盘,将步骤3炒好的摆在上面,配碗米饭,把胡萝卜和西兰花按心情摆盘。
