1、跑:5~7分钟。

2、柔韧和放松练习:劈腿、摆动、抖动18~20分钟。

3、单杠悬垂:尽量放松身体,两足不带负荷(每组20秒),一组带5~10千克负荷(重物系在腿上)。

4、纵跳、摸高(树枝、篮球板、天花板等):双腿跳、单腿跳各两组,每组10次。每组间歇5~8秒,换腿时间歇4~5秒,要全力起跳,尽量跳得高些。

5、登坡往返跑:登20~30米的坡,尽量加快速度,然后疾步跑下,重复3~4次。
