1、星期一轻断食,早餐一片黑面包加一颗白煮鸡蛋,再加一个橘子,午餐一个苹果,晚餐半斤蔬菜,半斤黄瓜和胡萝卜。

2、星期二、星期三正常饮食,星期四早餐一个素包子,一杯无糖豆浆,3到4个草莓,午餐断食。

3、晚餐一小份茄子炖肉,还有半斤煮青菜,星期五、星期六、星期日正常。
