酒蒸蛤仔做法窍门

1、材料:蛤蜊500克、清酒2/3杯、去籽红干辣椒1根、小葱少许。

2、将蛤蜊泡在盐水中吐沙;

3、双手拿起吐过沙后的蛤蜊,用它们的壳互相搓洗干净外壳的泥沙;

4、在锅内放入剪后的干辣椒,倒入清酒,把洗净后的蛤蜊直接放入,大火加热,盖上盖子,焖至蛤蜊开口;

5、关火后撒上葱花即可。
