1、材料:去皮猪五花肉400克,幼滑虾酱、香葱末、葱油、花雕酒、胡椒粉、白糖、生粉、蚝油、香油各适量。

2、将去皮五花肉切成片。

3、将虾酱、调料、五花肉拌匀;

4、入盘铺摆好,入锅蒸15分钟,撒香葱末、淋香油即可。
