2、生坯保存:将发好的面排气后擀成披萨盘大小的圆片,放冰箱稍冻成型,装保鲜袋密封,继续平放冷冻保存。用时,提前拿出室温软化,披萨盘刷油,放入披萨饼坯,用手按成边缘厚高型,中间用叉子均匀扎孔。放酱料奶酪等,饼边刷蜂蜜水,烤箱预热后,200℃,上下火,中下层,15分钟可以吃了。
