煲浓汤的正确方法

1、材料:紫花枸杞菜1斤,杞子1两,半肥瘦肉4两,干贝3粒,鱼露2茶匙,汤1杯。

2、枸杞菜拣叶后洗净;菜骨洗净后,加水煎成浓汁;杞子用滚水浸洗;半肥瘦猪肉洗净剁碎;干贝浸后再炖腍。

3、猪肉加杞子用汤及菜汁煮,然后加入腍干贝,加少许油。

4、把枸杞菜放入一起煮约3分钟。

5、加鱼露调味即成。
