1、蘑菇洗净去柄,表面划十字,柄切碎。土豆切块,洋葱切圈。

2、加冷水煮沸,一直煮到土豆块变小,汤变浓的时候,加入黑胡椒粉和盐。关火放凉。

3、汤温热的时候加入牛奶。

4、可以放一丢丢鸡精。

5、可以配上一个沙拉:胡萝卜和西红柿一起蒸熟,拿出趁热捣成泥,温凉时调入蜂蜜。
