练腹肌注意事项

1、饮食要均衡。饮食中各种营养成分比例适当、搭配合理,能够满足身体发育和生理需要

2、饮食要清淡。少吃油炸食品和含脂肪、糖类高的食物,多吃蔬菜水果。

3、补充足量的高蛋白食物。蛋白质是肌肉修复和合成的原料,尤其是运动后更应该补充足量的蛋白质,如瘦肉、蛋牛奶、蛋白质粉等。

4、多吃粗粮。对肥胖者来说要多吃粗粮,如玉米、荞麦、土豆等,少吃米面等细粮。
