原料:莲藕500克,干章鱼100克,猪腱肉500克。

1、用水浸软干章鱼,并氽水洗干净,切条待用。

2、猪腱肉氽水三分钟后,洗干净;莲藕去皮,整节洗干净,沥干水。

3、将莲藕、章鱼、猪腱肉放入电子瓦甄中,加入适量水煲到食材酥烂,调入适当盐即可。
