1、不借助任何工具只要自己就可以上手的练习方式,就是握拳,用力握拳三秒后放开,持续20下一组,休息一分钟后继续做第二组,连续做三组即可。

2、练习单杆引体向上,练习引体向上需要我们的手臂有很好的抓力和腕力,坚持每组10下,连续三组知道感觉到自己小臂发胀就可以了。

3、练习俯卧撑,练习俯卧撑可以锻炼小臂和腕部的承压能力,让腕力更具有耐力持久的力量。
