1、材料:紫皮蒜7头、米醋3/4瓶。

2、蒜去皮洗净后控干水份。

3、取玻璃容器装3/4蒜进去。

4、加米醋至瓶口。然后盖紧盖放在阴凉且能见到阳光的地方,大概半个月到一个月就好了。

5、腊八蒜通常是指用醋腌制的蒜,成品颜色翠绿,口味偏酸、微辣。因多在腊月初八进行腌制,故称“腊八蒜”。
