1、将整个身体提升至腰部触及单杠,双臂竖直支撑身体的状态。

2、此动作需要足够的爆发力,借助上升的惯性使胸口上升至单杠的高度,然后手臂手腕翻转支撑完成动作。

3、通常也有借助前后摆动完成动作,但更接近于屈身上杠。

4、12次一组,共四组,每组休息1~2分钟。一开始不能全部完成,则尽自己最大能力去做,逐渐加量。每周训练2次,中间间隔两天。
