干奶酪包制作方法

1、准备材料:食盐2克、酵母3克、白糖30克、黄油30克、鸡蛋55克、牛奶165克、 高筋面粉300克、牛奶30克、糖粉40克、奶粉40克、奶油奶酪150克;

2、将食盐、酵母、白糖、鸡蛋、牛奶、高筋面粉放入面包机,第一次揉面结束后加入黄油,开启第二次揉面;

3、揉面后室温发酵,当发至2.5倍大时取出,排气后搓圆盖膜松驰15分钟左右;

4、再次搓圆后依次放入模具中,放入烤箱采用室温发酵至8分满时取出,将模具送入预热好的烤箱中下层:上火165度,下火180度,烘烤30分钟左右至表面金黄取出;

5、脱模至烤网上待凉,将糖粉、牛奶和奶油奶酪放倒入盆中,用电动打蛋器打至融合顺滑;

6、将晾凉的面包横竖两刀切4瓣,在每一瓣上用刀划二道开口并在划口中间和两侧分别抹入奶酪馅,最后将奶酪切面均匀粘上奶粉即可。
