1、普通面粉300克,清水160毫升,酵母3克,细砂糖60克。

2、和面后,面团注意保湿发酵。发酵后,面团体积起码是原来的两倍大小,才算发酵完成。

3、取出排气,擀面杖碾开。规整切出面片,面皮居中压痕。

4、两条面皮叠加,中间再压痕,扯长。

5、要注意的是油温的控制。下面皮起油花是最佳温度,然后控制在中小火,出锅控油。
