1、正对投掷方向,高姿站立。右手持、握球。预摆前,上体伸展,左臂自然前伸,作为最后用力的初次肌肉体验。

2、身体先向投掷方向反向转体90度并稍前倾,提高腰部肌群的扭转效果,重心落于左脚。预摆开始,左脚内侧蹬地,腰部肌群带动上体反向转体270度,形成重心向右脚平移的双支撑的超越器械技术,提高支撑反作用力效果。

3、预摆结束瞬间,左腿支撑,右腿开始快速蹬伸发力,通过展髋、挺胸、振臂、伸腕、拨指将球弹出。
