梅干菜卤蛋做法步骤

1、材料:鸡蛋10个、梅干菜100克、姜葱适量。

2、调料:酱油、料酒、糖。

3、鸡蛋清洗干净后下冷水锅,水开后煮15分钟捞起过凉水,并将蛋壳敲碎。

4、锅中重新放水,下入泡好的梅菜,调入酱油、料酒、糖,大火烧开后放入鸡蛋,水再开后改中小火煮40分钟。

5、关火焖8小时即成。
