1、不要盲目跟风减肥。体重下降遵循最简单的原则:消耗的热量要多于摄入的热量。要么多运动,要么少吃。

2、吃糖能大幅提高体内糖分,让人变得更有精神,但随着时间推移,这会让你想吃更多的糖。尽量在食谱中限制糖分摄入,因为太容易上瘾了。

3、长时间坐在电脑前工作会使得自己的肥腰大肚。所以,尽量多站,不能一直坐着。吃完饭,不要就直接葛优躺,应该是站,伸直十几分钟半个小时的。
