红糖烤馍做法和配方

1、面粉300克,花生30克,红糖1汤匙,酵母20克,水30毫升。把酵母加入1+3/4杯面粉中,用手(干的,不能沾水)搅拌几下。依序往面包机中放入水,和面,面和好后,拨掉电源,让面团在面包机中发酵40分钟~1小时,至面团2倍大。

2、面团发至两倍大后,再次开动dough,加BP,慢慢加入剩下的面粉,一次一点点,直到面团比较硬就可以不加了。看到面团已经揉到表面光滑,就再次拨掉电源。

3、把面团从面包机中取出放在案板上,撒少量面粉,用手将面团揉几下,盖上保鲜膜或湿布,让面团醒10分钟。然后把面团分成4份,每一份都象揉馒头一下揉圆,再放5分钟,使面筋松驰。然后把剂子擀成圆饼,在不放油的平底锅中用中火将饼烙至半熟,再放入预热350度烤箱烤约5~10分钟,见饼鼓起,饼面酥脆即成。
