先找一面墙,从下犬式开始,做到标准的下犬式:调整手、肘、肩、背,伸展背部脊椎,两个手与肩同宽,十个手指张开贴紧地面,手肘窝相对,大臂肌肉向外旋转,肩向两侧展开,肩、背部肌肉拉伸向髋部,坐骨抬高向开空,伸展腰椎,两个脚放平地面,与腰同宽,大腿肌肉由外向内旋转,小腿肌肉由内向外旋转。眼睛看向肚脐或者两腿之间的方向,保持呼吸,五次呼吸。如果可以加上收束法,如果感觉能量还没有集聚,可以再多保持几个呼吸,直到身体都协调时,踮起双脚脚尖,同时吸气,抬头,屈膝,有弹力的一跃而起。
