1、将酸奶放入大量杯内,倒入一点的全脂牛奶搅拌均匀,再倒入剩余的全职牛奶继续搅拌均匀后,倒入容器内,放入酸奶机内定时9小时后,就可以放入冰箱冷藏随时实用。

2、所有器皿用蒸汽消毒,将纯奶和酸奶依次倒入器皿中,用勺子搅拌均匀。盖上器皿盖子,放入酸奶机中,插电源,8小时后即可,途中不要打开盖子。刚发酵的酸奶可以食用,但冷藏24小时后,味道更佳。
