1、食材:荔枝10个、白凉粉一盒、水9碗、冰糖适量。

2、先把荔枝去核备用。

3、把白凉粉粉用两碗冷水开成无核的糊状,再用余下七碗水煮滚,把开好的糊边冲边搅拌,至沸腾。

4、用盘子装好,放凉冷凝。

5、再加点装饰菊花等,经过冷藏后效果更佳。
