1、马铃薯蒸熟,捣成泥状;红萝卜切丁煮软;青豆仁先汆烫再泡冷水,以维持色泽鲜绿。

2、苹果洗净,连皮切成小丁;起士片全部对切成两半备用。

3、将马铃薯泥、红萝卜丁、青豆仁、苹果丁及美奶滋混拌均匀,做成内馅备用。

4.取一片白吐司,铺上作法3中的内馅,再依照卷寿司的方式将土司卷起,最后将起司片围在土司卷的中央做为腰带即可。
