酱香酥鱼制作方法

1、小塌米鱼、甜面酱、鸡蛋、面粉,面包渣将甜酱、鸡蛋、面粉混合。

2、加适量水调成面糊。

3、将鱼均匀的裹上面糊。

4、沾上面包渣。

5、中油温中火慢炸,最后转大火起酥。

6、炸好后捞出控油装盘即可。
