1、主料是葱和姜,葱30克,姜20克,盐焗鸡粉一勺。

2、姜和葱洗净,姜去皮切末,葱也切成末,少许香菜段也切成末。

3、把姜末、葱、香菜末放进一个碗里拌匀,放盐、白糖、盐焗粉调匀。

4、烧热一汤勺油,趁热浇在碗里,搅拌均匀即可。
