清汤泡糕做法步骤

1、用料:江糯粉500克、白糖250克、馄饨适量、熟芝麻100克、桂花卤30克。

2、先做清汤,制作方法与馄饨相同,只是馅料可根据食者调配。

3、将干糯米粉铺在特制的框架内,用手抹平,放上拌匀的白糖、熟芝麻、桂花卤,再抹平,并盖上薄薄一层糯米粉,上笼蒸熟,出笼后用刀切成方块或菱形状,食时将两块糕放入刚煮熟的清汤碗内即成。
