苗家酸汤鱼做法

1、黔鱼大概2斤左右,鱼肉切片、鱼骨切块,洗净,分别放两个盆,加料酒、盐码味15分钟左右;鱼肉另加水淀粉。

2、锅洗净,放菜油,将姜、蒜爆香而后放入番茄、大葱、小米辣、水烧开,放入红酸汤。

3、汤可以多熬一会儿,让番茄、木姜子的味道出来,而后加入鱼骨再与汤熬15分钟左右盛出,留汤开大火放入鱼片和香芹,鱼片变色迅速起锅;加点香芹叶点缀。
