1、 压腿。压腿的练习有助于打开学生腿部关节的韧带。压腿时要注意腿部关节的直立,脚背向外打开绷直,并保持上半身的直立。向下压至上半身和腿部之间的没有缝隙。

2、压肩。压肩时,双手臂伸直放在把杆上。两腿之间的距离略等于肩宽。头部和脊柱都要放松,向下压时能够感觉到肩部韧带被拉长。

3、推脚背组合。在训练之前,从脚尖到整个大脚背都要活动开;训练时,双手扶把杆,挺胸抬头、收腹提臀,双脚并拢站好,先从单脚背训练开始。
