1、我们在做身体前屈或后伸的动作时,一定要吐气,而在恢复原位时则需吸气。但是,在跆拳道中,如果想踢某一目标时,须先吐气,而当在踢的那一刹间则要停止呼吸(屏息),否则就缺乏威力。

2、因为在人体吐气时,身体易松驰也使抗打力降低。而在停止呼吸时,则有利于将力量集中到一点上,这就是呼吸同时,憋住气,以增强抗击度。
