1、平板支撑:俯卧屈臂支撑,身体挺直,脚尖着地,静止不动,尽量长时间坚持;

2、两头起:仰卧垫子上,腿和上体同时上抬,手触脚后复位,每组十次左右,每次三到五组;

3、俯卧背起:俯卧垫子上,让同伴压住脚,双手屈臂抱头,用力抬起上体,每组十次左右,每次三到五组;

4、悬垂屈腿:又手握高杠悬垂,并腿屈体举腿,每组十次左右,每次三到五组;

5、仰卧起坐:小幅度地仰卧起坐,每组20个,每次练习三到五组。
