1、酱料配方:

海鲜酱250克,柱候酱200克,家乐牛肉汁50克,李锦记排骨将50克,老干妈红油腐乳60克(粉碎),花生酱60克(加入色拉油调稀),鲜香粉10克,海天姜葱料酒80克,老抽50克,美极鲜30克,财神蚝油50克,鸡汁100克,鸡粉80克,白糖30克,美极青椒汁酱80克,王守义麻辣鲜10克,姜末50克,二荆条泡椒末70克,洋葱末60克,金瓜泥60克,蒜泥50克,色拉油150克。

2、制作方法:

锅内加入色拉油烧至三成热,加入姜末,洋葱末,蒜泥熬制出香味,加入二荆条泡椒末炒香,加入料酒,金瓜泥小火熬制均匀,加入鸡汁,海鲜酱,柱候酱,牛肉汁,排骨酱,红油腐乳,花生酱,老抽,鲜香粉,美极鲜,蚝油,鸡粉,白糖,青椒汁酱,麻辣鲜小火熬制均匀即可。
