杏仁巧克力球制作方法

1、黄油温水里软化后,加糖粉用手动打蛋器稍拌合下,打发至体积膨胀,颜色稍发白状。

2、鸡蛋液打散分两次加入到打发好的黄油里,打发至蛋液与黄油完全融化,再进行第二次的加入。

3、杏仁粉加入到黄油糊里,用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀。

4、低筋面粉和可可粉过筛加入到做法3的材料里,用手拌匀成为面团,将面团分为10份,每份约20克,每一份包入一粒去皮的熟杏仁粒,在盛有细砂糖的容器内滚一下,再放入铺有油纸的烤盘内。放入预热好的烤箱内,上下火165度,烘烤25分后出炉。
