主料:

火龙果500g、西红柿150g、小米90克。

辅料:

冰糖10克、葱少许。

做法:

1、将小米洗净,把火龙果去皮洗净,切成小块。将西红柿洗净,切成块状。葱洗净,切花;

2、将锅置火上,注入清水,放入小米用大火煮至米粒绽开后,再放入冰糖煮化,至粥浓稠;

3、待粥凉后,撒上火龙果、西红柿块和葱花即可。
