1、卤菜可能致癌。卤制过程中,新鲜食材的营养被破坏,而且又形成了大量的硝酸盐,亚硝酸盐之类的盐类,甚至有的卤制品中还有氰化物,这些东西对身体都是负担,长时间食用的话,会影响身体内环境平衡,而且可能会致癌。

2、建议食物还是要吃的新鲜和健康,卤制品偶尔吃吃是可以的,但是肯定不能常吃。
