清蒸大闸蟹方法最正确

1、主料:大闸蟹1000克;辅料:黄酒15克、姜末30克、蒜末30克、酱油20克、白糖、味精各少许、麻油 15克、香醋50克;

2、将大闸蟹用清水流净,放在盛器里;

3、将姜末放在小酒碗内,加熬熟的酱油、白糖、味精、黄酒、麻油搅和。另取一小碗,放醋待用;

4、将大闸蟹上笼,用火蒸15~20分钟,至蟹壳呈鲜红色,蟹肉成熟时,取出。上桌时随带油调味和醋。
