478呼吸法能有助于放松心情,更容易入眠。它的方法为张大嘴巴呼气,同时发出呼的声音,然后闭上嘴巴,鼻子轻吸气,在心里默数4秒,接着屏住呼吸,在用嘴深呼气,再次的发出呼的声音,持续8秒,然后再一次的呼气,然后将这个方法重复3次。

晚餐建议不要吃的太油腻,在睡之前建议慢跑,散步等都可以有助睡眠。

失眠分为原发性失眠和继发性失眠,原发性失眠是指孤立的,没有附着于其它疾病或者药物的失眠。继发性失眠是疾病或者药物导致的失眠。
