1、糯米用水浸泡六小时左右,泡到可以用手指轻松捏碎即可。倒掉水,上蒸笼蒸,没有蒸笼直接蒸锅里蒸,蒸上五分钟左右至七八成熟关火,自然冷却后加入甜曲酒。

2、加入一杯凉开水,用勺子轻轻把米饭压实,中间压一小窝,盖上盖子,用被子包裹住,两至三天就好。
