1、材料:炸豆腐泡八个、五花肉少许、香葱末少许、盐、糖、鸡精、老抽、干辣椒、料酒少许。

2、把五花肉剁成肉末,和小香葱一起拌匀。把肉末塞到炸豆腐泡中备用。

3、锅热后加少许油,油热至六成,把炸豆腐泡放入锅中。加两勺料酒、一勺老抽、一勺糖、少许干辣椒,加少许开水至没过炸豆腐泡,把汤汁搅匀后先大火烧开,然后用小火焖10分钟,大火收汁,加盐和鸡精调味。
