1、姿势:俯卧位,保持髋部紧贴床面,用肘部将上身撑起,使腰部轻轻后伸。说明:开始要轻轻缓慢进行练习,最初保持后伸的姿势5秒钟,逐渐达到30秒钟,重复10次。

2、姿势:俯卧位,保持骨盆与床面紧贴,用手轻轻托起上身,在此过程中保持腰部和臀部的放松。说明:在此姿势下保持1秒钟,重复10次。

3、姿势:俯卧位,骨盆部位垫一薄枕,双手伸向后背到腰部,轻轻抬起头和胸部,保持双眼直视地面。说明:开始时坚持5秒钟,逐渐增加到20秒钟,争取重复8~10次。
