拉筋的方法

1、在地上蹲5至40分钟,动作如同蹲坑一样,此法拉筋范围广,部位多。

2、找到一个合适的门框,双手上举扶住两边门框,尽量向上伸展开手臂。

3、两脚一前一后站成弓步,前腿弯曲,后腿伸直,脚跟需着地,身体与门框平行。

4、头直立,两眼向前平视,以此姿势站立5至8分钟,换腿做相同动作,此法可拉通经络。
