跑的周期是如何划分的

跑的一个周期就是一个复步。在一个动作周期中包括两次单腿支撑和两次腾空。单腿支撑阶段又可划分为前支撑阶段(即着地缓冲阶段)和后支掌阶段(即后蹬阶段)。前后支撑阶段是以身体重心移至支撑点垂直上方为分界线;腾空时期可划分为后摆阶段和前摆阶段。后摆与前摆动腿的膝关节处于支撑点的垂直面为分界线的。
