此动作名称叫:倒挂金钩,初次练习时,最好选择直立站着双手上举能够能平行单杠为宜。练习方法:

1、双手抓紧,将身体吊起;

2、双脚以腰为圆心向正前上方挺举,待脚背挺直单杠止方;

3、将双脚轻轻放置于单杠上,初学者最好是将脚穿上不带金属的鞋子或绑些布片,避免脚背难受而落地受伤,脚背内勾防止下滑;

4、脚背受力,将双手松开,上身下落,垂直吊挂于单杠上。难受时,千万不要慌张,不要急于松脚,待手抓紧单杠后再放下双脚,休息。重复练习即可。
