1、食材:糙米、燕麦米、小红豆、玉米渣、大麦、生燕麦片、黑芝麻、高粱。

2、将以上材料除芝麻、生燕麦片外,都用水清洗一道后,用温水泡34个小时;

3、连同芝麻生麦片一起放入电饭煲内加入3倍的水,用煮粥的方式炖煮;

4、待煮好后可以盛出来根据个人口为添加糖或盐的调味品即可。
