如何做烤酸奶

1、消毒酸奶容器。把玻璃瓶洗干净,沥去水分,放进烤箱中,100°烘烤10分钟左右,起到消毒杀菌的作用。

2、250g牛奶,80g白砂糖倒入奶锅,小火加热到白砂糖融化后关火。

3、在奶锅中加入余下的750g牛奶,这时牛奶的温度便下降到适合酵母菌发酵的范围。倒入市售酸奶,搅拌均匀。

4、把混合好牛奶分装到玻璃瓶中,放入烤箱,选择发酵功能,发酵5个小时。

5、发酵好的酸奶室温下放凉,再放入冰箱冷藏,十二个小时之后口感钝化,就可以吃啦。烤箱发酵的酸奶很稠厚,倒着放都不会流出来。
