1、走路不是用两腿的力量,而是先把重心放所谓“满脚”并不是脚尖着地,而是整个脚掌都落地,以脚尖前伸出发,加上用小腹的力量,让腿部出力减弱,用力在小腹,自然会挺胸,整个人会自然而然提臀。

2、在小腿,再练习“满脚”走和顺着直线走,走路才会沉稳不轻浮,而且还能帮你瘦腰提臀。
