1、醒来后不要马上起床,可以闭眼,侧卧,蜷身,让大脑慢慢恢复清醒,让身体慢慢接受复苏,用力蜷缩(深呼吸)压出肺部的滞留废气。

2、缓缓坐起,伸个懒腰,轻微活动一下关节。

3、洗漱完喝一杯温水,帮助补充夜间丧失的水分。不建议空腹喝的水里面加东西,盐或者蜂蜜,牛奶等。
