1、竹笋600克、鲜香菇45克、胡萝卜60克、白菜250克、盐适量、味精少许、植物油1汤匙。

2、步骤:根据人数准备好蔬菜切好所有蔬菜,先把竹笋放锅里煮,加入盐,再加入白菜、胡萝卜、最后在加入香菇,放入适量的油,煮熟后加入适量的味精就可以起锅了。
