双脚脚掌对在一起,脚跟拉向臀部方向,将瑜伽轮靠近身体,双臂上举过头顶,呼气,背向后向下轻靠在瑜伽轮上。

然后屈手肘,手相互去环抱,后脑勺轻轻的向后向下落下来,双膝自然放松向下,胸腔前侧打开,并停留8~10次呼吸。

手臂打开,咬牙齿、收下巴,慢一点身体向上还原。再将瑜伽轮放到身体前侧,手轻轻扶在瑜伽轮上,身体向前向下放松。
