1、 在煮汤圆的时候。之所以久煮后还是很硬。是由于汤圆在冷冻室放的过久。局部没有受热均匀。而导致煮不熟。

2、最好待水烧开后。将汤圆放进去后轻轻的搅拌。但不宜用力过大。这样能让其受热均匀。待漂浮在水面后再加入适量冷水就可以出锅。
